Benefits of Dancing

  Did you know, by simply training your body in so many different dance styles it can improve your health? By stretching and warming up it can enhance your body and mindset before actually dancing. Some may think it’s just steps that you put together and you perform, but there's really a process when you want to improve your health. You have to allow yourself to open up your mind and body for new things. When you feel comfortable about how you feel, dancers have to train/ exercise their mind to memorize the piece. In addition, I believe that doing these exercises can give a dancer the confidence to improve their health.  Together with training your brain, I believe dance can benefit your goal on physical health.
